against her as a child by MKULTRA scientists in their attempt to gain complete control of her mind and behavior for

her programmers said and did, and how she responded, both verbally and internally. It is this level of detail that makes

of terrifying abuse to create a foundation of fear that would ensure obedience; electroshock to force her psyche to form
new self-states that the programmers could then command; the naming of these new self-states to allow programmers to
call these forward when they wanted them; the deliberate bonding of self-states to the programmer with bottle-feeding,
affection, and words, making these self-states dependent on the programmer for survival; and the use of hypnosis to
implant places in her mind to sequester the programmed self-states from her normal consciousness and to cause specific
self-states to remember particular events and to keep memories of the extreme abuse dissociated from her normal
conscious recall.
