film beschrijving:
In ‘Into the Woods’ worden de bekende sprookjes van Assepoester, Raponsje, Sjaak en de
Bonenstaak en het verhaal van de Bakker en zijn vrouw die wanhopig naar een kind
verlangen gecombineerd. Helaas zijn de Bakker en zijn vrouw door een heks vervloekt
zodat ze geen kinderen kunnen krijgen. Om de vloek op te heffen moeten ze verschillende
proeven doorstaan. Zo moeten ze de heks een koe bezorgen die zo wit is als melk, een
kap die zo rood is als bloed, haar dat zo geel is als maïs en een muiltje dat zo zuiver is
als goud.
