subito coinvolta in una serie interminabile di "follie" dai pazienti della clinica. Ad aggiungere caos al caos si
presenta alla dottoressa Lelli un tipo strano, un meridionale trapiantato a Milano che cerca in tutti i modi di sedurla.
Intanto Caciotta ha fatto combutta con Babà, un altro malato, un napoletano piuttosto dispettoso, con il quale
combina scherzi a tutti i pazienti.
