This is BBC Two's infamous TV Hell Theme Night from August 31, 1992.

A complete VHS video recording of the entire theme night (total running time: 5 hours) has been split into three XviD .avi files, of which this is the third.
The off air recording was made (by myself) in LP mode on a non branded VHS tape. The image has a few sparklies and the audio is a little quiet and hissy, but it's perfectly watchable.
