bellydance experience is going to struggle unless they watch VERY carefully.[/color]



There is no breakdown of moves at all. None. You simply watch and follow along, they do not tell you soon enough what
move you are doing next so you might need to watch a few times before you try it. The pace is quite fast in a lot of the
sections.



I got the feeling as I watched it, that the backup dancers did not know what move was coming next in some of these, I
spotted Neon correcting herself in a different dancers section.



The whole way through there is background music from Jehan...I've got nothing against New age but I found it over the
top on this video, and while her voice is pleasant, I didn't want to have to hear her voice spewing out all sorts of
"connect with your inner" ya ya etc.



I've encoded the workouts in the order they were in on the DVD menu section (although I think they were bizzarely
organised).
