that the email you use is your log on to turbo Tax, so even if your computer reboots by mistake, go back and do the
steps mentioned above, and you will see that when you insert the same email address you used before, it will show you
all the work you have done so far, and can continue your filing.

I have been using TurboTax for few years now, so if you have files from the year 2010 and you did save them,
specially the file that ends with the extension of ( .tax2010 ). Please make sure you put them on the __ D-E-S-K-T-O-P
__ in front of you " make sure they are not compressed as .ZIP OR AS .RAR ". So after few steps into the filing, it will
search your computer for last year files, and it will see them fast if you have them on the D-E-S-K-T-O-P. That will
make it easy on you in filing using last year information. That‘s why also save you 2011 files for next year 2012
filing, you will have the option all the way at the end of your filing for this year to save your R-E-T-U-R-N.

And if you have saved your return files from last year 2010 with

H and R block at home the file ends with
the extension of ( .t10 )

OR -

TaxAct the file ends with the extension of ( .ta0 ) files also put
them on the D-E-S-K-T-O-P, and it will retrieve the return information from them to the new filing of this year 2011.

I like to mention that at the end you (( might )) pay "from the money that will come to you if any ", a fee to
your Bank to deposit your money into your account. You will have several options as to how to receive you refund.

I did not go all the way to file this year, but will file in January anyway.
